Pound chicken if necessary until very thin. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Place provolone on each cutlet and sage or a sprinkle of
dried sage. Roll up each cutlet and wrap bacon around. Trim so that
the bacon does not overlap. Skewer with toothpick.

Heat oven-proof skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and brown
on all sides, turning with tongs, about 8 minutes. Transfer skillet to
350 deg. oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes until 165 deg. Use meat
thermometer. Place chicken on serving dish and keep warm.

For Sauce- Pour off fat. Place pan on medium heat and add garlic. Stir
a few seconds until it starts to color. Add marsala wine and stir to
scrape any bits from bottom. Add broth and simmer about 3 minutes.
Serve chicken with sauce.

NOTE- Watch the temperature on the chicken so it does not overcook. I did like the sauce with
the chicken.
