     Mammaw's Marshmallow Fudge

2 sticks (REAL) salted butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 large CAN of milk
1 large jar of marshmallow cream
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 cups chopped pecans

Set butter out to soften. Coat an 18x11 pan with butter, not from the recipe. Put butter, sugar, and milk in pot before turning on heat. Start heating the mixture on high. Melt the butter and bring to a boil. Drop heat slightly and add candy thermometer. KEEP stirring until the temperature is 231. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and stir. Add marshmallow cream and stir. Add chocolate and stir, 5-8 minutes. Add nuts and stir. Pour onto pan and smooth.
