     Homemade Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 small can mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
pinch of celery powder (optional)

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly stir in broth, then milk. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Add seasonings. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Stir in mushrooms.
Equivalent to 1 can.
