     Instant Pot Pork Carnitas

4 - 6 pounds pork shoulder
1 TBSP garlic salt
1 TBSP ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup orange juice
2 TBSP lime juice
1 1/2 cup water or one beer

Mix all dry spices together and rub the meat with it. Place seasoned meat and citrus juice in ziploc bag and marinate for at least one hour. Put one cup water in instant pot. Place meat in the instant along with juice. Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes, then allow to naturally release pressure for 15 minutes. Shred meat and serve.
