     Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredients
2c Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp of suger
2 sticks unsalted butter (or 1c, 8oz, 225g)
1/2c sour cream
 

Instructions
(Makes enough for top and bottom crust of a 9 inch pie crust.)
Cut butter into cubes and let sit to SLIGHTLY soften. Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar. Work the butter into the flour with hands until a coarse meal. Add sour cream, and work until the consistency of playdoh and there are no cracks.
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour, up to a day.
Remove from fridge once ready for use and let sit a few minutes before rolling.
