     Chicken Taco Fettuccini

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked fettuccine
2 cups cubed chicken
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream (can use half and half)
3 to 41/2 tsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Cook Fettuccine Cook chicken and garlic in oil. (You can use leftover chicken but I prefer chicken breasts cooked fresh, I also like mushrooms in this) Whisk in cream and toco seasoning until blended. Cook and stir until heated through- do not boil. Stir in parmesan
Drain fettuccine and toss with Alfredo sauce.
I usually double the sauce at least and use whatever I have for chicken.
