     Chinese Ribs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ribs (spareribs)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soya sauce
1 egg
1 tsp MSG
Flour and fine bread crumbs 1/2 and 1/2
 

Instructions
Miix egg, salt, soya sauce and MSG Put ribs in and let sit. Miix every once in a while
Put ribs in crumbs, squeeze each piece separately in hand. Make sure they are well covered with crumbs and let sit.
Deep fry until well browned.
I used pork shoulder cut in cubes or try pork “stew” cubes.
