     Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice (or less if preferred)
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
 

Instructions
Heat butter until bubbly. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper in blender and turn on and off quickly. Turn to high speed and slowly add butter in a very thin but steady stream . Serve immediately
Guaranteed not to curdle.
