Ingredients

	Peeled Garlic cloves
	Olive oil


Instructions


Place peeled garlic cloves into sauce pan or cast iron pan. Cover with olive oil


Cook 200 degrees for 3 hours in oven


Put garlic and oil in airtight bowl. Lasts in fridge for a few months
