     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening or oil
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
Topping
 
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
Batter, dribble topping over top, Cut in with a knife
Bake in 8 x 8 pan for 25 minutes at 375 F Double topping if wanted (gives you quite a lot)
