     Fried Ramen

Ingredients
1 Ramen pkg
Any meat of choice
1 egg
1/4 Tsp. Powdered Ginger (or 1 tsp, freshly grated)
1/4 cup Green Onion
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
1Tbl Korean BBQ sauce (optional)
1/2 Oil (for frying)
 

Instructions
Bring to Boil 1 1/2 cup of water, add the ramen and flavor packet cover and set aside. Mix, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and Korean BBW set aside.
Start a flat frying pan to medium/high heat. Add Oil. Wait until oil is heated and quickly add egg and scramble. Add meat and other desired ingredients an fry stirring frequently. Add Ramen and stir frequently as it fries evenly coated with sauce.
Add mixed sauce and stir and coat the ramen evenly. Serve
