     Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
4 Cauliflower heads
2 Onions diced
4 stalks of Celery diced
32 ox Chicken Stalk/Broth
2 Tbs. Thyme
2 Tbs. Garlic minced
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
 
Instructions
Simmer all ingredients until cauliflower is tender.
Serving Suggestions
3-4 servings
