1 12 oz package jumbo pasta shells
|

2 eggs beaten
|
|
1 32 oz container ricotta cheese
|
|
1 pound shredded mozzarella, divided
|
|
8 oz grated Parmesan, divided
|

1 Tbsp dried parsley
|
|
2 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp pepper
|
|
1 28oz jar pasta sauce
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375. Boil pasta for about 8-10
minutes.
|
|
|
In large bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, half mozzarella,
half parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff
shells with mixture and place in 9x13 pan.

|
In medium bowl, stir together pasta sauce and rest
of mozzarella and parmesan. Pour over shells.
|
|
|
Bake for 45 minutes. Can drizzle with extra sauce
for more moisture. Also, can do half recipe.
