1 12 oz package jumbo pasta shells
2 eggs beaten
1 32 oz container ricotta cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella, divided
8 oz grated Parmesan, divided
1 Tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 28oz jar pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 375. Boil pasta for about 8-10 minutes.
In large bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, half mozzarella, half parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff shells with mixture and place in 9x13 pan.
In medium bowl, stir together pasta sauce and rest of mozzarella and parmesan. Pour over shells.
Bake for 45 minutes. Can drizzle with extra sauce for more moisture. Also, can do half recipe.
