Chicken Soup...Rosa Mez

Ingredients

	Chicken
	1 T sugar
	1 clove garlic
	salt/pepper
	5 carrots
	1-2 celery stalks
	rutabaga, peel and quarter
	parsnip peel quarter
	turnip peel quarter

	large onion
	water to cover chicken


Instructions


Cook an hour, remove veggies and discard except for carrots. Pour into calendar. Chill and remove fat.
