Saute chicken with salt and pepper for about 4
minutes and add rice. Saute another minute or
two. Pour in broth and deglaze the bottom of the
pot. Close lid and cook on high for 10 minutes.
Natural release pressure when the timer beeps.
Mix in cheese and serve.
