1 pound chicken breasts, sliced thinly
|
|
1 red bell pepper, sliced
|
|
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
|
|
1 green bell or 1 poblano, sliced
|
|
1 onion, halved and cut in slices
|
|
2 tsp chili powder
|
|
1 tsp cumin
|
|
1/2 tsp garlic powder
|
|
pinch of chili flakes
|
|

1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 400. Slice chicken, peppers and
onions. Combine oil and seasonings in a small bowl.
|
|
|
Toss, chicken and veggies in oil mixture. Spread
evenly on a large sheet pan.
|
|
|
Bake 25 - 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and
the vegetables are soft with a crispy edge.
|
|
|
Serve with flour tortillas, sour cream and avocado.
