Ingredients
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 large eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. walnuts
 
Instructions
Beat white sugar, oil, and eggs until creamy. Add flour (1 cup at a time), salt, cinnamon, and soda. Add apples and walnuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
