     Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
2lbs skinless chicken
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tp cumin
1 tbl lime zest
2 tbl lime juice
1/4 to salt
1/2 to pepper
2 tbl olive oil
 
Salsa-
1 cup tomato
1-2 avocado
2 tbl chopped red onion
1 tbl lime juice
Salt and pepper
Garlic optional
Instructions
Mix together chicken marinade and add chicken to bowl. Marinade for 20 minutes. Grill chicken 5-10 minutes each side. Make salsa. Serve on top of chicken.
