Blend flour, butter and icing sugar. Press into 9x9 pan building up the sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
In medium bowl beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy about 3 minutes. Pour over hot crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes until not indentation remains when touched.
Cool completely before cutting.
