     Camping Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup (or any cream soup you prefer
Potatoes, sliced into thin rounds about 3 mm
Onions chopped (optional)
Butter cut in chunks
Shredded Cheddar to taste.
Thick cut bacon, raw, cut into smallish pieces.
Foil lasagna pan
 

Instructions
Grease pan. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 of the cream soup on the bottom of the pan. Add a single layer of your sliced potatoes. Top the potatoes with 1/3 of your onions, shredded cheese and bacon. Add a few pats of butter. Spread soup on this layer to cover. Add another layer of potatoes, topped with onions, cheese, bacon and butter. Top this layer with soup. Add another layer of potatoes, top with the onions cheese, bacon and butter. Top with soup.
I really do this to taste, and I don’t usually use two full cans of soup. Cover with foil. Bake in your oven at 375 F or indirect heat over your BBQ for at least an hour or until potatoes are cooked.
