Salt & pepper the roast and brown in vegetable
oil.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges or chunks.
In a 5 qt cooker combine the potatoes, onions,
carrots, mushrooms and garlic. Place roast on top.
Combine the tomatoes, gravy and wine then pour on top.
Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until meat
and veggies are tender.
Sprinkle wit parsley.
