Mix tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, zucchini,
broccoli, artichoke hearts.
Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic
powder. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with goat cheese and parmesan. Lightly
mix. Fold in cooked, rinsed and drained pasta.
Let the pasta rest for 1-2 hours in refrigerator
to marinate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice before
serving for an added burst of freshness.
