Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 7 x 11
inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix Italian seasoned breadcrumbs,
Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic powder, and
salt.
Brush both sides of Roughy fillets with butter and
dredge in the breadcrumb mixture to lightly coat.
Arrange fillets in a single layer in the prepared
baking dish. Sprinkle filets with parsley. Bake in
the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the
fish flakes easily with a fork.
