Heat olive oil, add garlic and red pepper flakes,
add sugar to cut bitterness, salt about 1/2 tsp and
a little black pepper. Saute until garlic slightly
softened, add wine and cook 1 minute turn off heat
and add fresh chopped parsley to oil
Cook spaghetti in salted water. Drain and toss with
olive oil mixture. Add a little more wine if
desired . Serve with parmesan cheese
