     Jalepeno Devilled Eggs

Ingredients
6 strips of bacon, chopped
1 dozen eggs
2-3 jalepenos, seeded and diced
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup red onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise (more if needed)
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon or splicy brown mustard
sprinkle of paprika on top
 
Instructions
may want to save one strip of bacon to use as garnish on top!
