     Cauliflower Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce, plus can of water
 
1 small bag frozen cauliflower
1-2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
Brown and break up ground beef in a pot until mostly cooked with a little pink. Drain. Add onions, garlic, and spices and finish browning the meat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and cauliflower. Add more water if prefer a thinner chili. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Serve with the cheese and any other toppings you like.
Serving Suggestions
sour cream, green onions, etc.
