     Serbian white bean soup

Ingredients
2 cans of cannellini beans
8-10 cups of chicken stock
2 onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
2-3 bay leaves
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 large carrot julianed
1 green pepper chopped
 
1 celery stock chopped
5-6 peppercorns
Too teaspoons paprika
Salt to your taste
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh dill chopped

Instructions
In a large stockpot Add the olive oil And saute the onion for about 5 minutes, then add garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.Do not over cook the garlic.
Add the chicken stock to the stockpot,Then add your beans, bring to a boil And lower down to a simmer. Add all remaining ingredients To cook gently over a low heat until vegetables are at desire texture,Approximately 30 minutes.Add the dill and then serve.
