Flatten the chicken to make it more tender. Place eggs in a bowl and
the flour on a plate. On another plate, combine Panko breading,
parmesan, lemon zest, oregano, and cayenne. Season with salt and
pepper.
Dip chicken into flour first, then egg, then Panko mixture, pressing to
coat. Place in the air fryer basket, spray with Pam. Cook at 375 deg.
for 10 minutes. Flip chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, until
coating is golden and chicken is cooked through.
