1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
1 carton 32 oz progresso chicken broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
Instructions
In 3 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add
garlic, onions, and carrots. Cook 4-5 minutes,
stirring.
Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat
to boiling, reduce heat. Add noodles, simmer 8-10
minutes, stirring until carrots are tender and
noodles soft.
Can use shredded julienne cut carrots from bag to
save time.
