1.5 pound boneless, pork, beef, or chicken cut into cubes
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning, or to taste
salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup broth
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice or 1/2 of lemon
4 cloves minced garlic
1 lb frozen (or fresh) green beans or other vegetables, cooked
Instructions
Toss meat cubes in Cajun seasoning and salt. Heat olive oil a skillet over med-high and cook meat. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and mostly cooked. Push to side of pan. Reduce heat to medium and add butter. Saute garlic until fragrant, about a minute or less. Add broth and lemon juice and deglaze pan. Add vegetables of choice. Sprinkle with more salt if desired and toss with meat and sauce. Cook until meat is done to liking.
