     Baked pork chops w/ tom & peppers

Instructions
Place 1 layer of pork chops with the bone (4-6) in a baking dish - be sure to salt & pepper on each side. Bake at 375-400 degrees, when they look partially cooked turn over & bake till done.
In a pot, put (2) fat cans of whole tomatoes (mash up with hands real good). Add plenty of cut-up peppers & cook together on the stove. When chops are done, spoon over the pork chops & let cook awhile till done. Let cook down or browned a bit till very tender maybe another 1/2 hour
Served best with corn and mashed potato's on the side!
