Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Season with salt and
pepper.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
Dip each pork chop into the flour and then the
beaten egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture,
turning to coat evenly.
Spray the chops on all sides with cooking spray, and
place them in the basket.
Air fry in batches at 400 degrees for 10 minutes,
then flip the chops, and continue to air fry until
cooked through and golden, about 5 minutes.
