Mix all of the above ingredients except cake mix,
butter & walnuts and pour into a 9x13 ungreased pan.
Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over top.
Melt 2 sticks of butter & drizzle over the top.
1 cup chopped walnuts spinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Suggestions
Cut into 12 pieces, serve with cool whip & pumpkin candy on top (optional)
