Thread shrimp and scallops onto skewer. I like to
add onion slices, peppers and mushrooms to the
skewer. Brush evenly with the oil, salt and pepper.
Reserve.
Blend the ketchup with the orange juice, maple
syrup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, paprika and
garlic.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grease
lightly. Brush kebabs all over with the maple-orange
mixture. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. basting
often or until the shrimp turn opaque.
NOTE; Make a stir fry out of this and it was great!
We made half the amount of sauce and it was plenty
for grilling.
