1 Tbl. cornstarch
|
|
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
|

1/2 tsp. ground ginger
|

1/2 Cup orange juice
|
|
1/4 Cup water
|
|
2 Tbl. Soy sauce
|
|
1 lb. pork medallion, cut into 2 inch strips
|
|
2 Tbl. canola oil
|
|
|
|
14 oz. pkg. sugar snap peas
|
|
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
|

Raw shrimp
|
|
Broccoli
|

Carrots
|

Celery

Instructions |
|
|
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder
and ginger. Stir in orange juice until smooth. Stir
in water and soy sauce. Set aside.

In a wok, stir fry your vegetables until tender.
Stir in pork for 2 minutes, then add shrimp (if
using), for another 3 minutes.

|
Stir in orange juice mixture. Cook and stir for 2
minutes until the sauce has thickened. Gently stir
in oranges. Serve with rice.
