Have the ingredients well chilled. Thinly slice the
citrus and place into a large glass pitcher. Mix
together the rum and sugar and pour this in. Chill
this 2 hours to develop the flavor.
When ready to serve, crush the fruit slightly with a
wooden spoon. Stir i the wine and orange juice.
