Take the sausage out of the casings and fry,
breaking it up as it cooks.
Drain and set aside.
Combine the cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and green
onions until mixed well.
Add the banana peppers and the Italian Sausage
Place in an oven-proof dish.
Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake until bubbly about 20 minutes.
