Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In the meantime, wash your potato or potatoes
thoroughly. Dry them. Rub Olive oil on the outsides,
Poke holes in your potatoes, and sprinkle a salt of
your choosing on the potatoes. Bake these for 1 hr,
or until tender inside and Crispy outside.
While potatoes are baking, brown your ground beef,
drain fat if needed, add the taco seasoning
according to package directions. Warm up your nacho
cheese from the can.
Dice up your fresh veggies.
Once the potatoes are done, cut the centers open,
1. Drizzle warmed nacho cheese in the center of the
potato, until it oozes across the crispy skin.
2. Add your taco meat, garnish with lettuce,
shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and a
little more nacho cheese.
This is a very good dish, and would be great for
those football parties. It very filling. It will be
enjoyed by all!!! Best thing about it, is you can
jazz up or customize it anyway you want.
Enjoy!
