     Taco Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
1 baking potato per person
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 ounce) Nacho cheese OR cheddar cheese
Shredded Taco blend cheese
Diced fresh red OR yellow onions
Shredded lettuce
Diced fresh Roma Tomatoes
Sour cream, salsa, taco sauce
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In the meantime, wash your potato or potatoes thoroughly. Dry them. Rub Olive oil on the outsides, Poke holes in your potatoes, and sprinkle a salt of your choosing on the potatoes. Bake these for 1 hr, or until tender inside and Crispy outside.
While potatoes are baking, brown your ground beef, drain fat if needed, add the taco seasoning according to package directions. Warm up your nacho cheese from the can. Dice up your fresh veggies.
Once the potatoes are done, cut the centers open, 1. Drizzle warmed nacho cheese in the center of the potato, until it oozes across the crispy skin. 2. Add your taco meat, garnish with lettuce, shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and a little more nacho cheese.
This is a very good dish, and would be great for those football parties. It very filling. It will be enjoyed by all!!! Best thing about it, is you can jazz up or customize it anyway you want. Enjoy!
