Use a mini crock pot. Spray crock pot with Pam. Lay the bananas in
the bottom. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients except
ice cream. Ladle over the bananas. Cover and cook on low for 2
hours. Serve over ice cream.
NOTE- To keep the bananas from getting mushy, just put the other
ingredients into the crock pot for about 1 hour, then add the bananas
for the last hour.
