     Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard (stone ground preferred)
1 TBSP parsley (fresh, chopped preferred)
1 TBSP dried basil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
Salt and ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts and place in a large glass dish. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Flip each chicken breast over to coat.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning and basting half way through. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
