4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
|
|
1/4 cup honey
|
|
1/4 cup mustard (stone ground preferred)
|
|
1 TBSP parsley (fresh, chopped preferred)
|
|
1 TBSP dried basil
|
|
1 tsp smoked paprika
|
|
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
|
|
Salt and ground pepper to taste
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and pat dry
chicken breasts and place in a large glass dish.
Season with salt and pepper.

|
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken. Flip each chicken
breast over to coat.
|
|
|
Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning and basting half way
through. Internal temperature should be at least 165
degrees.
