cut a horizontal pocket in each veal chop. 1 prosciutto slice, 1 fontina cheese slide and 2 sage leaves into each pocket.
Alterrnatively, coarsely chop .Insert 1 prosciutto slice ,1 fontina cheese slice and 2 sage leaves into each pocket .
place the chops on a rack in a btoiler pan and slip under the broiler or place chops on a rack in a charcoalgrill.
broild or grill,once about 4 minutes on each side for rare, our untilddone to your liking. place on individual plates and spoon the hot tomato sauce over the top.
