1 cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks - room temperature)
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 cups & 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
Mix the first 5 ingredients with a blender. Chill
for 2-3 hours because the dough must be cold and
firm.
Then form into 1 Tbsp balls, indent with thumb &
fill with 1/2 tsp of ja, 'Rasberry' is the best!
