     WW Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup onion
1 cup shredded carrots
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp kosher salt
olive oil spray
1 lb pasta- cellentani shape
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce
 
3 scallions
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded or chopped
or 2 rotisserie chicken breasts

Instructions
Add olive oil to pan, add onion and carrots. Season with salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until tender. Add garlic and cook another minute.
Add entire box of pasta, followed by the broth and milk. Stir everything and bring to boil. Once boil, cover pit and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer covered 10-12 mins until pasta is cooked. Stir in cheddar, cream cheese, and hot sauce. Chop scallions and chicken breast to add.
