     GF Simple Turkey Gravy

1/2 cup turkey drippings
4 cups chicken stock or turkey stock
Giblets, neck, etc. from turkey
1/2 cup GF all purpose flour
1/2 cup duck fat

Boil turkey neck and giblets in 4 cups of chicken stock until well seasoned. Remove neck and giblets.
After baking turkey, add remaining drippings to chicken stock. Add flour and if necessary some corn starch.
Immersion blender to make smooth while simmering until gravy is at desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
