Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
 

Instructions
Mix together. Pour half mixture in mini waffle iron. Makes 2 chaffles. Use as waffles with sugar free syrup, as sandwich bread, or mini pizza crusts (add sauce and toppings and broil in oven until cheese is melted).
Can also add other things like garlic, cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla, etc.
