2. Brush a thin layer of canola oil on both sides
of 8 inch flour tortillas. Place a 4 inch ramekin
or similiar size oven safe bowl, face down on a
cookie sheet. Lay a tortilla over it. Place a
piece of foil over the top and press down,
scrunching the tortilla and foil around the
ramekin until its shaped like a bowl. Flip the
whole thing over. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove
from oven and use tongs to carefully remove the
ramekin. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from oven
and remove shell from foil and place bottom up,
foil down on cookie sheet and cook for additional
5 minutes. watch so doesn't burn. Assemble
