3 tablespoons of chia, hemp, and flax seeds (each)
3 cups of quinoa
6.5 cups milk
1 cup (warm milk for soaking)
6 tablespoons of peanut butter
6 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of cranberries
1/2 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of nuts
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.
measure 3 tablespoons each of chia, hemps, and flax
seeds. and grind them . then put in a large pot with
3 cups of quinoa and 6.5 cups of milk bring to a
vigorous boil. - reduce heat to simmer, cover and
simmer 15 minutes
Add 6 tablespoons to peanut butter to mixture and
stir. soak raisins and cranberries in one cup of
warm milk. Then add to finished quinoa. continue
to mix in 6 table spoons of maple syrup, half a
cup of raw pumpkins seed, half cup of nuts, and
quarter cup of sunflower seeds.
top with honey and fruit of your choice.
