Grate potatoes in Cuisinart. Put in kitchen towel and
remove as much liquid as possible.
Grate onion in Cuisinart and remove as much liquid as
possible.
Combine potatoes and onions.
Mix egg, salt, pepper and flour.
Add to potato and onion mix. Stir to combine
completely.
Heat oil in frying pan to smoking point. Scoop out
potatoes and onion using ice cream scoop and put in hot
oil. Flatten with a spatula and fry until browned. Keep
warm in oven until ready to eat.
