     Pinto jalapeno dip

2, 15 oz cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 c chopped green onion
1/3 c EVOO
1/4 c fresh squeezed lime juice
4 cloves minced garlic
1 large jalapeno, mostly seeded and roughly chopped
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Using a food processor, combine all ingredients and puree to desired consistency. Makes 2 and 1/3 cups.
