     Chicken and Bean Sprout Stir Fry

2 chicken breasts, diced (1 lb. ground pork)
2 cans bean sprouts
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 stalks green onion, sliced
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tsp toasted sesame seed

Saute chicken in olive oil and extra salt and pepper. Set aside. In frying pan or wok, add sesame oil and bean sprouts and saute about a minute. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and sesame seed. Mix well and cook until bean sprouts are fully cooked, about another minute. Top with green onions and serve.

Try using other vegetables as well.
